Refactor top-10 regularly updated datasets to use dataflows

As a PM I want to select 15 core datasets, that need to be updated regularly (daily, weekly, monthly, etc...) so that I'm able to write scripts that will be run automatically and my data will always be up to date

As a PM I want to translate 15 scripts for datasets that can be automated into dataflows, so that I'm able to run flows in dpp-server and keep my datasets updated without manual interaction

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] We have top 15 datasets identified and analyzed that need to be updated frequently
• [ ] Script for all 15 datasets are written using dataflows https://github.com/datahq/dataflows

Tasks

• [x] Go through the list of core datasets (Maybe use one created by @Mikanebu)
• [x] Go through them one by one and identify which can we use to automate
• [x] List 15 of them here with short summary what needs to be done, (maybe how easy it is)
• [x] Estimate the work (including the time spent on analysis)
• [x] Let @zelima review all 15 and sign off
• [ ] Go through each and translate into dataflows
