Straightens out templates
Remove the crazy external/conflicting libraries
Refiner can create tables
add buttons for external applications
enable sentiment on browse-table page
queries are sharable by linking to /user/repo/query_text, and users preview queries before they are executed
new papers and blog posts on the front page

Basically, this speeds up the site and makes it possible for other developers to work with the tempting system in a sane way.

Hey @justinanderson - can you take a look at this? It has some pretty significant improvements and speedups in terms of UX, and introduces a few requested enhancements.
