Prunes incomplete features/models/url mappings from the master branch
Adds documentation for core datahub urls
adds an missing icon library that was previously missing
Sets up unit testing framework
Creates tests for datahub views where authentication is not required
Does not create tests for apps. (They require authentication)
Begins to try to test authenticated users, but ran out of time.
account.test.test_view.py
Many tests should exist but don't yet. These are supposed to fail, and explain that they're not implemented
Sphinx docs is updated accordingly
