Fix gutenberg download URL #214

Gutenberg appears to have changed their URLs. I tested this fix and it creates the dataset. Not sure of the full process for improving a plugin.

@alexcombessie it's not clear to me whether this PR should be trying to push into gutenberg/improvement or directly into master. we can change the base as needed

can you bump the plugin version in plugin.json and Makefile by 0.0.1?
can you provide a simple test project export?
