Bug/dss11 sc 122869 fix compilation issues of the components

This full request includes the following features and shortcut stories:

• Integrating vite for bundling / building the library
• Adding typescript support and postcss for sfc templates compilation
• Adding scripts to automatically generate typings for the library components
• Adding automatic generation of globalComponents types to enable intellisense with volar when components are registered globally without imports
• Updating the scripts for testing the library on umd mode (yarn dev:umd)
• Adding typescript support on the project template
• Improving the starter template (project folder)

Shortcut stories:

• Fix compilation issues of the components library with typescript support
• Add automatic generation of types when building the library
• Clean up the library source code
