Behavior bug fixes/Break transaction for big ingestions/Histology tables for resolved probe trajectories/Check data completeness of ProbeInsertions/Workshop tutorials

The PR contains the following changes:

• Behavior pipeline bug fixes:

  • behavior.SessionDelay, Fetch delay with one.alyx instead to get the correct delay.
  • behavior.plotting.plotting_utils_behavior: add first date on ephys rig to the plot.
  • Fix minor bug to generate raster plot of each trial
  • group_shared.wheel, update wheel computation with miles' code (does not need review for this)

• Break transaction for big ingestions

  • Change InsertBuffer to QueryBuffer, add flush_fetch() method
  • A lot of naming changes accordingly

• Histology tables for resolved probe trajectories

  • tables in histology.py
  • update ingestion routine.

• Check data completeness of ProbeInsertions

  • For sessions where just one probe having data, put that in the table ProbeInsertionMissingDataLog to avoid repetitive make calls.
