Generally, public vathes GitHub repos should push to and pull from corresponding vathes public Docker Hub repos. It is fine to use a personal one while developing, however, we try as best as possible to have it be properly set up in Docker Hub org by the time the GitHub repo is officially moved/committed into the org.
