One hyperlink of graphviz installation is not working #245

In the page: https://docs.datajoint.io/python/setup/02-DataJoint-Python-Windows-Install-Guide.html#optional-step-4-install-packages-for-erd-support

The hyperlink in the current sentence is outdated. More specifically, the build artifacts from the Win64; Configuration: Release are recommended, available here.

I think the link should be this one now: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ellson/graphviz-pl238/build/job/6v1apxr85ag0cj1q/artifacts but needed to be tested by a win64 user.

thanks @shenshan , thinking to remove the direct link (the one that says 'available here') since it was never very consistent and just leave the pointer to to the top-level: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ellson/graphviz-pl238 and the note to use the 'win64 configuration release' links

also related, the conda install method provides datajoint, we have an issue to describe that here: https://github.com/datajoint/datajoint-docs/issues/229
