Notes:
Build times are currently long (~8m) since it is rebuilding a sphinx-ready image each time. This can certainly be optimized and reduced by creating one of our own and publishing it properly. For now, will keep it as-is for simplicity and revisit at another time.
Regarding deployment with GH Pages, it is currently deployed at https://testdocs.datajoint.io. Feel free to verify this. Once we are good with this strategy, we can update it properly to docs.datajoint.io.
