The feedback components don't render for me when deploying locally. I don't think it's a big deal. I don't see any logging related to this feature. It becomes a question of

1. Debug now
2. Remove code until we can figure it out
3. Leave as-is, debug later

Thanks @CBroz1. Good catch. I wasn't able to quickly figure it out so that it would render locally. I removed the code until we can figure it out.

We haven't received any traffic yet, but perhaps thats because its expecting data from the datajoint.com domain and we set up a testing site on the github.io domain (https://cbroz1.github.io/element-deeplabcut/0.2/)?
