This PR adds:

Multiplane CaImAn image processing to the caiman_loader.py utilities in the Element.
Functionality to create a single bigtiff from Bruker PrairieView .ome.tif files.

This PR will solve branch dependency conflicts for element-miniscope and element-calcium-imaging
