This pull request implements the deployment of RabbitMQ in Kubernetes using a Helm chart. Thoroughly tested for web browser access and functionality, the deployment includes the creation of necessary exchanges and queues. Added essential files such as README.md install.sh, and minikube-values.yaml. Updated Rabbitmq image version from 3.11.10 to 3.12.12
