[K8s][Helm] Redis Software Update #670

This pull request implements the deployment of Redis in Kubernetes using a Helm chart. Thoroughly tested for Redis by checking the logs and pods running. Added essential files such as install.sh, values.yaml. Updated Redis image version from redis-rejson:7.0.2-2.0.9 to redis-rejson:7.2.4-2.6.8

Need to update redis autoscaler files too.
