Hello @rachelauryn , From HDX, there is conflict data by region. The dates are not always very recent but can give insights: https://data.humdata.org/dataset/ucdp-data-for-ethiopia

Also UNHCR has some reports but could not find the source data. https://data2.unhcr.org/en/country/eth
