Provide rendered example output (PDF/HTML) #5

I think the project would benefit a lot if there was a rendered example output linked from the README file.

Could be a PDF, HTML files on gh-pages, a screenshot (like http://cornice.readthedocs.org/en/latest/sphinx.html#activate-the-extension) or all of the above.

Thanks for the idea. I'll add that, when I work with the package for the next time (and have time to use this more myself to create better examples of use)
