Leah Wasser and pyOpenSci

Dr. Leah Wasser from pyOpenSci will be visiting DataLab on Friday, and giving a talk at 2:10pm.

Her talk will cover the value of open source from a high level, and discuss the communities around open source. She will then dig into the python community and open science and talk about the specific ways pyopensci is trying to address challenges in that space.

The talk will be in person at DataLab (Shields 360), as well as accessible remotely via Zoom.
