Calculate the population inside and outside of the isochrone polygons. For tracts divided by the polygon edge, we decided to use the percentage of the area to calculate the percentage of the total number of people in each piece of the tract.

The code currently does this, but we need to save the resulting vector files, not just the tabular results.
