Updated valhalla documentation for puerto rico data Cast from linestring to polygon create feature collections dataframes with ID column from address_df and save as rds Takes about 1 hour to run whole thing

This looks workable to me. I think it would help to have some more comments in the code, especially explaining the function. I think we'll quickly forget what the goal was when we come back to this code later (FYI, this is going to help with a project for Melanie Dove as well later if she gets a grant).
