Update estimate_population.R to have 2 separate tables #30

Added a summary table of total populations inside and outside the isochrone boundaries (for each isochrone 60, 90, 120) and a vector dataset with the spatial data and the attributes, not repeating the geometries, but having a set of values for each polygon.
