PostGIS Database or R? #5

Create a PostGIS database and import the census and address data.

I'm thinking that maybe it's better to work in R for this since we'll be having more than just me doing analysis on this project. If we work in R, there will be repeatable code with a lower bar for learning for everyone (vs. having to set up a postgis database and learn spatial SQL).
