Clean Addresses #6

Arthur discovered a duplicate address (line 454 and 456) in the address data. We should interrogate the data and look for other duplicates or errors before we move into the analysis phase.

Also, the three tables of geocoded data need to be merged.

File combine_geocoding_results.R accomplishes all of this.
