Set Up Valhalla for US #8

Michele needs to install Valhalla for the whole US (she currently has one for California).

Notes on how to set up Valhalla: https://gis-ops.com/valhalla-how-to-run-with-docker-on-ubuntu/ It says it's for running it on Ubuntu, but it works on Windows too.

Basic idea:

  1. Write a .yml file with the specifications for the Docker container and what to download - note that you need to specify the right file to download from Geofabrik and the bounding box for the geographic area you want.
  2. Run the setup with the .yml file
