Add wordcounts and decades column to metadata collection

Going to make a new collection instead of updating the meta collection. Since updating multiple entries doesn't seem to be a thing in mongo. Atleast not that I can find.

Will create frequencies.docs collection. docId wordcount

For decade, just query the dates intelligently...
