Update intro #24

The help text has been added to each page. Didn't put too much thought on where to put it so it looks a little weird, but the important thing is that its there imo.

I am just wondering if this would work for the intro. We can obviously improve this in later iterations.

this looks amazing! yeah, I think Kimmy and Jesse can tell us how to finesse things like help text formatting, but this is exactly what I was hoping for.
