Change the php to use mongodb:

[x] get_subset_options.php
[x] get_subset_lda.php
[x] get_neighbors.php
[x] get_kwic.php
[x] get_freq.php
[x] get_overall_freq.php

closing this as we now have a mongo database with the correct data and the mongo branch will use it
