Add LDA vis salience modifier to topic terms #59

from #54 Similar to LDAvis, implement salience slider bar onto LDA Scatter 2D (possible alternative - introduce a default salience modifier into the default topic terms display and include the slider bar in hidden "advanced" options. @avkoehl we should chat about this at some point to refresh our memory).
