Standard markup for DataLad commands #1092

Where possible, this is using datalad <command> in the test. However, sometimes it is also datalad-<command> or "datalad <command>" -- for example in box titles.

There should be a single method, when "code markup" is not possible.

I have settled on single quotes and no dashes when ever the title of a box contains a command.
