add short sentence on datalad via easybuild #1192

Hey,

as mentioned in #1117, I added a small note in the cluster section of the handbook, that datalad may be installed per Easybuild.

The appveyor failure is unrelated, we can merge without it passing. Please feel free to add yourself to the zenodo.json file in this repository via PR (second to last author) or leave your name, orcid (optional), and affiliation (optional) as a comment in this thread and I'll add you :)
