Fix typo: $JOB-ID -> $JOBID

This PR proposes to change $JOB-ID to $JOBID in the paragraph of text following a code snippet that includes $JOBID to be consistent with the code and the following sentence in the same paragraph. Even though the text refers to "Job-ID" multiple times, the variable name in the code snippet is $JOBID.
