Host collection of fact sheets in the handbook #1215

There are two that I'm aware of:

The one from @mslw for the COVERCHILD project
The one currently being drafted for Aachen

Potential places for integration are:

The Handbook FAQ
A dedicated page aggregating all facts across fact sheets
A chapter with individual fact sheets
A dedicated page linking to fact sheets only
