Add usecase on showcasing work with Binder

@jsheunis has created awesome Binder-based tutorials from the handbook and other tutorials. I think this is worthwhile to turn into a usecase "showing your work to the world using Binder" (or something like that). It can detail how to see it up, and provide hints that are important to consider when adding datalad to the equation. E.g., as @mih noted in https://github.com/datalad/datalad/issues/5953:

Once the SFB1451 catalog is online, we could pick a public datalad dataset in it, and showcase that one.
