Allow binder environment to be specified as metadata #459

Building on top of what was introduced in 5ac68d7cb54f4b66bf30b035855f59108f1690d4 (and fixes after that), it would be good to be able to specify the binder environment url in addition to the notebook url.

If either of these are not specified, we have a fallback for each case.
