Drag and Drop Support

• [x] Implement dragging paths from external file browsers to path editors

I can now click on files or directories in my native OS's file browser, and drag them into the path editors of the parameter widget. It only works for single files. Screenrecording below for illustration. Screencast from 09-27-2022 10:46:00 AM.webm

I tested this on my macbook and it works nicely for both directories and files. Tested it with get and drop.

In the interest of getting to a MVP in the next hours, I'll stop working on drag-and-drop from the gooey-internal fsbrowser, and leave it as a future issue
