Show command docs #270

Right now only parameter docs are shown (as tooltips of the respective input widgets).

We could also show the command docs. Maybe just as a text below the parameter input form?

Just an idea: How about having a ? in the "title" of the input form, that would open a text window for that? I think that may be easier to discover then having this endless scroll area underneath the parameters.
