User question: installing a specific version of git-annex #77

Hi, I am trying to install git-annex in a specific version on a shared compute cluster where I don't have administrative privileges. I fail to install the specified version, though. Any hints on what I am doing wrong?

@adswa The "snapshot" method does not support installing specific versions. Only the apt (if versions available), conda, and neurodebian (if versions available) methods support specific versions, as stated in the README. Alternatively, if you know the URL of a .deb package for the version you want, you can use the deb-url method.

Thanks, and sorry for the noise!
