DANDI metadata extractor? #61

Dandisets are built on DataLad datasets, but seem only accessible via a separate python client. Maybe @yarikoptic can comment whether we should put this on the radar?

More up-to-date schema is now within client itself: https://github.com/dandi/dandi-cli/blob/master/dandi/models.py et al. It is still WiP. But yes - the idea is to have metadata extractor in datalad whenever we have some schema we go with. Also, soonish I hope we will furnish datalad datasets for the dandisets from the archive - we will first figure out the API for dandi and then most likely access to the data will be via API (not direct urls to S3 -- since girder assetstore etc might change/move etc) to provide some assurance of future ability to get the data.

So overall -- keep it on the radar for sure ;)
