Include link to the documentation in the README as a badge #36

7 created a basic setup for documentation on readthedocs at http://docs.datalad.org/projects/datalad-xnat/en/latest/.

We should add its badge to the README to help others find it. The badge in markdown format should be 

[![Documentation Status](https://readthedocs.org/projects/datalad-xnat/badge/?version=latest)](http://docs.datalad.org/projects/datalad-xnat/en/latest/?badge=latest)

This is a good first issue for someone new, or for someone who wants to practice PRs.
