Update Asciinema; add previews #42

@yarikoptic Previews timestamps are taken from your PR #26

The preview for MRI Data was left out because it takes 5+ seconds at 100% CPU to generate. The other pages are not so affected.

As an idle theory, perhaps regenerating that cast (possibly in the new v2 format) will resolve the issue.

hm, I guess we could merge this one (I can do that), publish it online (will leave the honors to @aqw so I do not screw it up) and then at some point regenerate the casts with the new release of the datalad (whoever)
