cool! Why it says no runs for local clients whenever https://github.com/datalad/git-annex#client-tests shows some? They were ran over 24h ago or why?

@yarikoptic Yes, the latest runs were over 24 hours ago, since the build-ubuntu workflow is currently failing to produce any artifacts for the clients to test on.

ok, great! I see that all secrets seems to be defined already in https://github.com/datalad/git-annex/settings/secrets/actions . build image is rebuilding in https://github.com/datalad/git-annex/actions/runs/2053682349 and hopefully would be pushed. Let's see this PR in action. Thank you @jwodder !!!
