do not email about PR based builds #122

First of all -- I love those daily status emails -- thank you @jwodder for making them happen.

They seems to include also builds from PRs (like today's included https://github.com/datalad/git-annex/actions/runs/2097181722 which was triggered via PR), and only 1 among 4 (the https://github.com/datalad/git-annex/actions/runs/2093695188) was the one on schedule.

I thought first to ask to add indicator either it is for a PR or schedule, but probably it is not worth it to send updates about PRs builds at all, so let's just exclude them.

@yarikoptic What about client tests of assets produced by PR workflow runs?

oh , I didn't even know we ran those. Those also should be excluded. Since those do not report back to PRs I even wonder if those should run at all? I guess wouldn't hurt much but if it would be easier to filter them out by simply not running for PRs -- feel welcome to disable them being run for PRs.
