overall client status badge? #157

@jwodder Is it possible easily (e.g. while analyzing results cross clients) to deduce overall status of tests on clients -- passing or not, and have a badge provided from some branch/ref for that?

Great, could you please do that magic? I want to add overall badge to https://github.com/datalad/datalad-extensions so we have 1 page to "show it all" to quickly assess if we are all green throughout (not the case ATM).

@yarikoptic What should the text on the left side of the badge say? Just "Clients" or something more informative?

May be "Tests on clients: " if "failing" , "passing".
