Add "ABSENT" count of clients for which no test runs were detected #160

apparently one of the clients was "read-only" in few past days and because email just had "PASSED" (although with reduced count). To alert to the fact that some client(s) might have had missed providing any results, let's

do list a client even if no results -- then just say "ABSENT"
include ABSENT count into subject line

What client are you referring to? All the status e-mails I've gotten for the past week have listed jobs from ndoli, smaug, and openmind7.
If there are no GitHub Actions runs for, say, macOS in the past 24 hours (which should only happen if GitHub Actions breaks), should that be included in the count?

I started to compose the issue but have not submitted in time ;) we had openmind7 gap due to migration/read-only state of the filesystem. E.g. look at

good point! If we know that there must be one, would be great to add it also into ABSENT.
