Use Datalad token to set up Docker Machine #48

An attempt at fixing the failures on "Build git-annex on macOS" > test-datalad (maint).

Well, the good news is that both master and maint succeeded in getting Docker Machine set up. Unfortunately, the actual Docker containers still failed to come up after that (See #42).

This still seems to be unreliable; withdrawn in favor of the solution in #55.
