click to download train.zip
don't download it but see that googleapis opened
right click and copy cURL
in paperspace cmd line paste cURL and type in '--output bulldozers.zip'
ls, mkdir bulldozers, mv bulldozers.zip bulldozers, cd bulldozers/, unzip bulldozers.zip

completed. Recommended to try as many Kaggle competitions as possible. Issue made to attempt a Kaggle comp.
