Tibble printing #12

Is still messed up. The lock file has the latest version of tibble so I'm not sure what's going on.

datalorax commented 3 years ago

omg... I think the font import issue in #14 fixed this.

Just a heads up...it looks like the tibble are printing fine in the deploy preview for #14: https://5fa03c6e360045000853099c--nervous-golick-ef3308.netlify.app/.

But I'm still seeing the weird issue in the published deploy (after merging #14): https://5fa040d2ebc8420a18b219a5--nervous-golick-ef3308.netlify.app/welcome.html.

Very strange. I wonder if this is more of an issue with Netlify? Maybe a closer look through the deploy logs could help.

This is the issue that will not go away. It's so bizarre. The actual deploy was fine earlier but now is not. Must have been the most recent merge. I don't get it.

🤪 🤪 🤪

I'll try to look into this some more, and if I don't find anything maybe it's worth crowdsourcing on Stack Overflow or RStudio Community?

datalorax commented 3 years ago

Sure. I did check in with Alison about it before and she said she'd seen it. But updating tibble didn't seem to fix it.

brendanhcullen commented 3 years ago

ah, right! it does indeed seem likely to be an issue with {tibble} bc just glancing through it looks like all the other types of output are printing fine. I'll dig through that repo and community forums to see if others are having similar issues at the moment

This.... seems to be fixed currently?

datalorax commented 3 years ago

I think this is fixed. At least it is right now. I'm going to close it for the time being and hope it is truly fixed.
