Review Decision Trees chapter #37

@datalorax Finished my review for the decision trees chapter (sorry for the extremely long delay!). I left a few notes where I saw discrepancies between the output and your observations/interpretations, which I think might be related to an issue with reproducibility (or more likely, something obvious I'm misunderstanding 😆 ). Happy to chat more to clarify anything!
