Something in World.rb is causing a world of crashes...

This bug continues moving around, so I can't say for certain, but it would seem to be related to "elapsed"

Loch has fixed this. Turns out it was Ruby's garbage collector collecting things that weren't garbage (because we failed to keep track of them).
