The Texture resource needs some serious TLC #62

The OpenGL interface needs to be hidden, the basic Texture interface needs to be cleaned up, the concept of PixelFormats and PixelData needs to be fleshed out, Texture saving should be implemented, Cube textures need to be added back in (this has lots of implications), etc...
