Feature Request: Provide setting to format payload before ingestion. #1

This plug-in is really cool. However, It would really helpful if in the settings I could specify how to format my payload as Serilog event. Or just have a checkbox to place the whole payload into the Serilog message field and use the current time as the timestamp.
