"Empty" message isn't shown in trace view when a trace contains no spans

When logs are present with a given trace id, but Seq doesn't have any spans belonging to the trace, and empty message should be shown like:

Currently, the trace view is just a plain, blank rectangle with no empty message, and therefore looks broken.
